Mrs. Bargeron retired as a Seamstress Supervisor at Sardis Manufacturing after 24 years of service. She was a member of Sardis Baptist Church and Women's Missionary Union and the Order of Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph Bargeron; and sisters, Florence Nobles of Davis, NC, Margaret Butler of Indian Lake, Florida, and Doris Horton of Waynesboro.
She is survived by her son, Ernest Bernard Bargeron (Cathy) of Martinez; sister, Frances Hancock of Nashville, GA; three grandchildren, Ernie Bargeron (Elizabeth), Tammy Flanagan (Shawn), and Karen Balser, all of Martinez; six great-grandchildren, Steven and Kevin McLendon, Ryan Balser, Dalton and Lauren Flanagan, and Brooke Bargeron, all of Martinez, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Ernie Bargeron, Shawn Flanagan, Ed Burns, Tom Hester and Mike Rosier.
