OMAHA -- Sharon Alene Amorena, 82, of Holbrook, died Saturday (Nov. 8, 2008) in Omaha.
She was born Aug. 6, 1926, in Holbrook.
Survivors include her husband, Miguel Amorena of Holbrook; daughters and sons-in-law, Sharlene and Edward Markow of Walnut Creek, Calif., Mary Madrigal of Fort Lupton, Colo., Lydia and Stephen Smith of Brighton, Colo., Antonia and Michael Veruchi of Lone Tree, Colo., and Danielle Amorena of Omaha; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday, 10 a.m., at West Center Chapel to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Omaha. Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Omaha.
Visitation will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at the West Center Chapel. Vigil services will follow at 7 p.m., at the chapel.
Memorials may be given to VNA Hospice.
