TIPPINS, Denise Renee, 45, of Portsmouth, Va., formerly of Paden City, W.Va., was abruptly taken from this life September 13, 2008 to be with her Lord to rest in eternal heaven.

Denise was born in New Martinsville, W.Va.; and was a member of Sanctuary of Hope Church in Portsmouth.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald F. Ebert, Sr.

Surviving are her husband, Timothy L. Tippins; mother, Patricia McPeek Ebert of Paden City; three daughters, April Christine Stephens and her husband, Divaris, of Portsmouth, Britnee Michelle Yoho and friend T.J. Cooper of Paden City, and Kimberly Lin Tippins of Portsmouth; two sisters, Debbie DeWees and her husband, Duane, of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Donna Bunning and her husband, Paul, of Woodsfield, Ohio; brother, "Don" Donald F. Ebert, Jr. and his wife, Cathy, of Moundsville, W.Va.; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Frances Tippins of Sistersville; her special friends, Thomas Cook, Amy, Anthony and Darlene Tuttle; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, September 18, 2008 at Jarvis Funeral Home, Paden City.

Services will be 1 p.m. Friday, September 19, 2008 at the Paden City Church of the Nazarene with co-officiates, Pastor David Edwards and the Rev. Ray Whiteman.

Interment in Paden Memorial Gardens, Paden City.
