JAMES 'HERVEY' AYCOCK JR., 67, of Jonesboro, formerly of Millington, former owner/operator of Aycock Pontiac and Nissan Dealership, died Monday in Jonesboro of complications from Parkinson disease. Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro has charge. He was past president of the Arkansas Automobile Dealers Association and Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission, honorary chairman of the Miss Jonesboro Pageant, recipient of Arkansas State University Lifetime Achievement Award and member of the Jonesboro Rotary Club and Air Force ROTC. He leaves a daughter, Beth Mohon of Covington; two sons, Chip Aycock of Batesville, Ark., and John Aycock of Jonesboro, and eight grandchildren.
