Audrey M. Arnold Dingman, 63, formerly of Maple Avenue, Canajoharie, died Sunday at her son's home after a long illness.
She was born Sept. 6, 1936, in Nelliston, the daughter of Alfred and Esther Swartz Arnold. She was a lifelong area resident and attended Fort Plain schools. Mrs. Dingman was homemaker.
She married Gerald Etherton June 15, 1957. He died March 10, 1966. She later married Leon Dingman.
Survivors include four sons, Roland Arnold of Pennsylvania, Jeffery Etherton, Gerald Etherton, and Daniel Dingman, all of Canajoharie; a sister; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday at the Lenz & Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego St., Canajoharie.
Burial will be in Canajoharie Falls Cemetery in the spring.
Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice.
