Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Friday October 17 at the Tuxedo Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Bret Luallen officiating. Interment will follow in the Dewey Cemetery, Dewey, Oklahoma. Anna L. Cameron was born January 6, 1913 at Fairplay, Missouri to Enoch C (Babe) and Emily Jane (Jeannie) (Kerr) Cooksey. She received her early education in central Arkansas and attended high school in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Wann, Oklahoma, graduating from Wann High School in 1933. She later graduated from Bartlesville Business College. Anna was married to Roy Cameron in 1945 at Sedan, Kansas. After several years of living in Arkansas and Alabama the family returned to Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 1959 where she had resided since.
Anna was employed by the department of Human Services for 37 years, retiring in 1984. She was a member of the Virginia Avenue Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Total Source Hearing Access, 8740 E 11th St. Suite A, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74112-7957.
Anna is survived by her two sons, Ronald G. Cameron and his wife Jane of Copan, Ok, Rodger D. Cameron and his wife Linda of Copan, Ok, three grandchildren, Rebecca Cameron, Reid D. Cameron and Ryan Shane Cameron, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
