Willia Lou Wall Clifton, 83, of Charleston, a retired employee with Greater Charleston Credit Bureau, died Saturday in a local nursing home. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel. Burial will be in Live Oak Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Clifton was born in Barnwell County, a daughter of Benjamin M. Wall and Frances Harley Wall. She was a member of Ashley River Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Barbara C. Morrison and Carolyn C. Coury, both of Charleston; a son, James H. Clifton Jr. of Charleston; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
