The funeral for Caroline Bernice Jantz Jantzen, 91, of Enid, were at 11 a.m. Thursday August 3, 2006 at Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Lee Jantzen officiated. Burial was at 2:45 pm in West New Hopedale Cemetery, Ringwood. Arrangements are by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home.
She was born to Toby and Mary Kohen Jantz and died at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.
She graduated from Goltry High School and Enid Business College. She was a member of Grace Mennonite Church. She and her husband, Samuel, moved to Enid in 1942.
Surviving are two daughters, Delores McCoy of Medina, Ohio, and Carolyn Mateus; two sons, Sam L. Jantzen Jr. of Seattle, and Lee Jantzen of Crystal Lake, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Robert J Jantzen.
