It has been told that she met Charles Elias JONES at a Lutheran Church function. She lived in Alameda, Alameda, California at the time of her marriage to Charles Elias Jones in Oakland, Alameda, California at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Both Charles and Sophie were 27 years old when they were married. - 1658 Excelsior Ave. They had nine children.
