Final Rites Tuesday For Roland A. Hester

Final rites were held Tuesday afternoon at the Waco Baptist Church for Roland Arthur Hester, 82, of Russellville, who died Monday at the Betty Wilson hospital following a lengthy illness.

Mr. Hester was a prominent farmer and lifelong resident of Franklin county.

He is survived by seven sons; Grover, James, Roy, Vester and Glenn of Russellville; Arthur of Montgomery and Norris of Birmingham, and a number of other relatives.

Services were conducted by Revs Charlie Thorn and T. B. Bealle. Grandsons were active bearers.

Burial Date: November 13, 1951
