OBITUARY, FORT SMITH, AR - SOUTHWEST TIMES RECORD - WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, 1975:

Lou Ann Brady, 19, of Conway, died Monday at a Tulsa hospital of injuries she sustained in a car wreck. She was a student at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, and a member of Delta Zeta social sorority.

She leaves her mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jones of Conway; her father, Jack Brady Jr. of Philadelphia; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Busselle of Fort Smith; and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brady Sr. of Philadelphia.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 1975, at Edwards Chapel. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Clay Warnock, Jonathan Waldrop, Allan Bratton, Don Bussey, Charles Throckmorton, and David DuVall, all members of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity. Honorary will be members of Delta Sigma Sorority.

FORT SMITH, AR - SOUTHWEST TIMES RECORD - TUESDAY, MAY 27, 1975

WESTVILLE - A 19 year-old former Fort Smith woman was killed and a Fort Smith woman slightly injured in a two car accident in Adair County (Oklahoma) near here Sunday afternoon.

Killed was Lou Ann Brady of Conway, a passenger in a car driven by Glenda Garrison of Fort Smith, the highway patrol said.

Willa Sequesche, 25, of Westville was critically injured and admitted to Osteopath Hospital at Tulsa. She was driving the other auto.

Glenda Garrison was slightly hurt, the highway patrol said.

She was a passenger in a car driven by another Arkansas girl who suffered only minor injuries.

The Highway Patrol said a second vehicle driven by Willa D. Sequeshe, 25, of Cookson, went out of control and slid sideways down the highway where the two cars collided. The Sequeshe woman was critically injured. Both vehicles burned, but all three occupants were pulled from the cars before they burned.
