Obituary: Lawrence L. Cottingham was born March 11, 1885, in Wadena County, Minnesota, and came to the Flathead about 23 years ago, making his home near Coram. His health had been failing for several years and he passed away Dec. 26, 1930, at the age of 45 years.

Those who survive him are his widow; a son, aged 6; and his father, D.O. Cottingham, all of Coram.

Cottingham Passes Near Coram; Burial Held at Kalispell

Special to the Tribune:
COLUMBIA FALLS, Dec. 27. - Lawrence Cottingham died at his home near Coram after many years of illness. He leaves his aged father, wife and son.
Mr. Cottingham homesteaded near Coram many years ago and lived there until about 1921, when his health failed and he went to other localities. He was 45 at the time of his death.
Funeral services were held at the Campbell & Waggoner chapel at Kalispell and interment in Demersville cemetery Saturday afternoon.
