Fairfax Resident, J. E. Lawler, Laid To Rest May 22 Services were conducted from the Fairfax Methodist church, Thursday, for J. E. Lawler, 65, who died May 21. following an illness of three years. The Rev. Calvin M. Pinkard officiated. Mr. Lawler had lived in Fairfax for 14 years. He was a member of the Methodist church. Surviving are four children: Mrs. C. W. Reed of Atlanta, Miss Gladys Waller and Mrs. Lillian Camp of Fairfax; and William Lawler of Sylacauga; also one grandchild, Lottie Lawler. Burial was in Fairfax, conducted by Johnson and Company.
