Isaac Runyan Williams, son of John Daniel and Melissa Anne (Thomas) Williams.

Isaac's first wife: Florence "Lillian" Moorman. They had one child; Blanche Alberta (Williams) Brinkley.

Isaac's 2nd wife: Gertrude Platt. They had four children; Isaac Jr, Keith, Ruth and Perry.

OBITUARY:
Fountain City - Isaac R. Williams, 64 years old died suddenly 09 Dec 1942 at his home south of here. He had been a life-long resident of this community.

Survivors are his widow, Gertrude; three sons, Isaac, Jr., of Winchester rural route; Keith of Fountain City and Perry of Williamsburg; two daughters Mrs. Harold Brinkman of Richmond and Mrs. Delson Cox of Liberty and nine grandchildren. Funeral was at the New Garden Friends Church, with burial in Willow Grove Cemetery.
