Albert was born on the home ranch and died on the home place (Route 2). The home ranch was homesteaded in March of 1890 and proved up in 1896. The original house burnt down in October of 2022. The next house that was built in 1906 also burnt down in October of 2022.

Albert Keller 68, of Rt. 2, Colville, passed away at his home Aug. 11. Funeral services will be Aug. 15 at 2 p. m. at the Bastian Funeral Home.
He was born Nov. 17, 1906 and was a longtime resident of the area. He worked at one time as a farmer, mill worker and logger, and was a member of the Colville Valley Grange.
Survivors include his wife Cora; one daughter, Betty Nicholson of Colville, Bruce and Kenneth Keller both of Colville; one sister, Bertha Shoemaker of Colville and nine grandchildren.
