Julia was the daughter of Abaham Clement and Frances McClure Clement. She was married to Zachriah Lewis Fox on 24 April 1898. They were parents of Allie, Grace, Jewel and Floyd. The 1900 Census shows that Zachriah & Julia were living in the home of Abaham Clement and Francis Clement in Chickasaw Nation, Indiana Territory. In the 1910 Census there was a Clement Frank D listed as the brother-in-law of Zack. However on the original census this appears to be Frankie Clement, perhaps but it definitely says Mother-in-law. In 1930 Julia was living with Jewell and John Ward, her daughter.
