Retired Rancher Accorded Rites

Funeral services for Eben M. Joseph Daily, 73, of 14 Jefferson Street, retired rancher, were held in Smith's Chapel Wednesday afternoon.

Burial was in Mountview Cemetery, with the Rev. Edward M. Lynch, pastor of the Church of the Little Flower, officiating. Mrs. Fred Soreicone, accompanied by Mrs. L. E. Cooke, sang "O What Could My Jesus Do More."

Mr. Daily died at his home Sunday afternoon.

Pallbearers were Edward Hanson, Perry Hanson, A.F. Peterson, Milton Simpson, George Shy and Julian Terrett, Jr. Honorary pallbearers were Bert Harmon, A.E. Swanson, Jess Miller, Colville Terrett, Melvin Reed, Orville Jones, Francis Choate, Dr. Wayne Gordon, Dr. Roy Morledge, Orval Gentry, Hugh Mahoney, Peter Yegen III and Dale Wilder, all of Billings.

Mosgar, Bert Weaver, James Wesco, John Tucker, Bryan Tucker, Calvin Thex and Joe Ager, all of Ashland; Henry Bailey, Donald McRae, Evan McRae and John Mahoney, all of Forsyth; M.M. Surviving Mr. Daily are his wife, two daughters, four brothers, one sister and 10 grandchildren.

Eben's parents were Christopher Harris Daily and Sarah Gentry McCoy. His siblings included: Florence, Harry, Jessie, Percy, Hugh, Floyd and Loren.
