Blanche Jean Korff completed this life's journey and was called to her eternal life with Jesus on Saturday, July 26, 2008.
Service: Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Fort Worth. Rosary: 7 p.m. Monday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Burleson, with visitation to follow. Interment: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Blanche was born June 30, 1919, in Cleveland, Okla. After high school she moved to Tulsa and began her 40-year career in the insurance industry. She met and married the love of her life, Carl R. Korff, while in Tulsa. They spent their life together in Oklahoma and Texas.
She retired from the insurance industry in 1985 and came to Burleson to live with her daughter and family. While living in Burleson she ran the Burleson Golf Driving Range for 11 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and was loved by many.
Survivors: Daughter, Robin Taylor and husband, Larry of Burleson; grandchildren, Andy Taylor and Chris Taylor; sister, Sue Diedrich of El Paso.
