He was born Oct. 6 1875, near Bartlett. On Dec 29, 1897, he was married to Bessie Nina Stebbins. She died Oct. 27, 1943.
Survivors include three sons, Arthur and Ralph, Bartlett, and James, R. 3. Oswego; a daughter, Mrs. Geneva Davidson, R. 2. Altamont.
Also surviving are three brothers, F.S. Tullis, Bartlett; R.B. and John M. Tullis, R.3. Chetopa; two sisters; Mrs Edna Crane and Mrs. Blanche Graue, Bartlett, and nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
A son and two daughters preceded him in death.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete but will be in charge of the Miller Funeral Home of Chetopa.
