Betty Jane Stout Chichester

Born in Clarksburg, WV on Jul. 16, 1925 the daughter of Carl & Iona Hanlin Stout. Departed on Mar. 13, 2004 and resided in Parkersburg, WV

Betty Jane Chichester, 78, of Central, died March 13, 2004 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

She was born July 16, 1925 in Clarksburg. She had attended Summit Valley E. U. B. Church and the old Briscoe Run Baptist Church and was a devoted mother and grandmother.

Betty Jane is survived by two children, Stephen Chichester of Parkersburg, Betty Ann Chichester of Central, two grandchildren Cindy Elder and Tammy Barker, both of Parkersburg, four great grandchildren, Brooke Barker, Megan Elder, Jarod Barker and Todd Barker all of Parkersburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Chichester.

Services will be at 11:00 am Tuesday at Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg with Pastor Kevin Phillips officiating. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery of Williamstown. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 on Monday.
