She was born in Byron, Arkansas and was the daughter of Michael and Sally May Ball.
She is survived by her brother J.N. Ball of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and companion Ernest Perkins of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lee Williams; one brother, and four sisters.
Graveside Services will be Saturday, at Byron cemetery at 1:00p.m, with Ernest Perkins officiating. Burial will follow the services.
