DeVaughn E. Counts, 51, of Bonne Terre, died June 6 at Normandy South Hospital.
He was born Sept 12, 1937, in Bonne Terre to the late Clarence L. and Esther Shannon Counts.
He is survived by his wife Sybil Pritchett Counts of Bonne Terre, three sons; DeVaughn E. Counts, II, and Richard A. Count both of Desloge and Vaughn A. Counts of Bonne Terre; one daughter, Vicky Lynn Counts Greene of Bonne Terre; one brother, Vurlin Counts of Bonne Terre; two sisters: Joan Kassabaum of Bonne Terre and Judy Scronce of Fenton; and five grandchildren.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today at C. Z. Boyer Funeral Home in Desloge.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Boyer Chapel with Rev. Don Stanley.
Burial will be in St. Francois Memorial Park Cemetery.
