Bobbye Juhree Finley was born in Wilson, Oklahoma on March 2, 1934 to Pearl Acree Finley and J. B. Finley. Pearl and J.B. soon divorced and Pearl married Emmett Gilley and the family lived in Texas City, Texas. Emmett was killed in the Texas City explosion. Pearl remained single until after my Bobbye married James Vernon Genzer on April 15, 1951. Bobbye & James had seven children. 5 Daughters: Alicia, Karen, Eilene, Margie and Jennifer and 2 Sons: Jerry & James Jr. She passed away on February 17, 1989 of cardiac arrest in Midwest City.

Grandma Genzer, I never was blessed enough to meet you, but I have heard the most wonderful stories about you. It truly sounds like you were a dream come true. You left behind a line of 7 kids and to many grandkids and great-grandkids to count.. You were so beautiful in every picture I've seen. I am so happy I was the grandbaby that inherited your middle name. I love you!❤
