Pearl G. Amick, 92, a resident of Ocala, Fla. since 1971 when she moved there from Columbus, died at 8:40 a.m. Friday at Ocala Geriatric Center.
She was the sister of Mrs. Emmons Lewellen of 2005 Franklin.
Funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Boyd L. Kuester at 3 p.m. Monday at Hathaway-Myers Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Garland Book Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
Mrs. Amick was born in Clark County Jan. 8, 1890, the daughter of Luther C. and Laura Beatty Hawes. She was married May 2, 1917, at Columbus, to Dr. Earl H. Amick who died May 8, 1936. She was a member of the Christian Church at Memphis, Ind.
Other survivors include three daughters, Jean Kellar of Wilmington, Del., Jane Brumbaugh of Westfield, N.J., and Charlotte Bangert with whom she made her home at Ocala, 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
