Nancy M. Adamson, 85, of 535 Jewell, died at 7 a.m. Sunday at her residence.

She was the mother of Roberta Hendricks of the same address.

Funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Bernard Koopman at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Calling hours at Reed and Jewell Funeral Home will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. A Scripture service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Adamson was born Jan. 24, 1897, in Frankfort, Ky., daughter of William and Eleanor Hill Hadden. She was married to James Adamson, who died in 1935.

She was a member of St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church.

Surviving with the daughter with whom Mrs. Adamson made her home are another daughter, Mary Grimes of Hanover; two sons, James Adamson of Denver, Colo., and John P. Adamson of San Francisco, Calif., 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
