He is survived by two brothers, Mr. James Moores, of Newby, and Mr. G.B. Moores, of Waco, Ky., who represented Madison county in two recent sessions of the Kentucky legislature.
Deceased suffered a stroke of paralysis about nine years ago, since which time he had been confined to a wheel chair. He, being unmarried, made his home for many years with Mr. G.B. Moores and family, five of whom were confined to their beds with flu, being unable to attend the funeral of their uncle and brother.
