William Benjamin Simmons (1864-1941) and
Flossie Mae Hurt Simmons (1878-1957)
and raised in Capital Heights Maryland as Helen Virginia Simmons. Her birth parents Daniel Elswood Montgomery and Myrtle Victoria Arnett were discovered after her death.
