PHYLLIS HAYES KUNZ, 51, of Soda died 18 July 1963 at S. L. [Utah] hospital. Born 16 Aug 1911 at Georgetown [Idaho] to Thomas & Margaret Bee Hayes. She married Frank Kunz 23 Dec 1927 at Montpelier [Idaho]. Survivors – her husband, two sons G. Gene & Jack T. Kunz, brothers & sisters Mrs. Leon (Mary) Bolar, Mrs. John Que (Agnes) Nelson, Mrs. Les (Marvel) Nelson & Thomas R. Hayes, Rulon B. Hayes. Funeral 20 July at Soda Springs. Burial in Fairview Cemetery in Soda.
