Opal is the daughter of Arthur Frank Norman and Nancy Lydia "Ninnie" Cline.

She married Jesse Victor Arnhart November 11, 1929 in Aurora, Lawrence, Missouri.

One known son was born to this union. Roger Eugene Arnhart.

Following Jesse's death, she married Roy B. Swearingen on July 18, 1983. Place of marriage unknown to me at this time.
