James Broadnax, 80, died Tuesday at Annie Penn Memorial Hospital.
His funeral will be at noon Thursday at Zion Baptist Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in Greenview Cemetery.
A Reidsville native, he was a retired employee of the American Tobacco Company and a member of the senior choir. He was a member of the male chorus, a World War II Army Veteran and a member of American Legion Post 199.
He was a member of Midway Elk Lodge 241, past master of Lone Star Masonic Lodge 33 and past commander of Reidsville Consistory 224.
He was a member of Khalif Temple 144 Order of the Mystic Shrine, Brothers Club and Pennsylvania Avenue Flower Club.
