She was born May 1, 1945, in Merigold, Miss., the daughter of Leonard and Ruth Scott West. She married Benjamin Logan in 1968; he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Logan worked as a marketing manager at McDonald's Corp. for 16 years. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church for more than 10 years.
Survivors: three daughters, Diane Logan of Springfield, Jennie (husband, Jordan) Chalden of Tulsa, Okla., and Jannette Logan (fiance, Derek Hines) of Staten Island, N.Y.; two stepsons, Rodney Williams of St. Paul, Minn., and David (wife, Stacey Caldwell-Williams) Williams of Springfield; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Geneva Scott of Memphis, Tenn., and Raydean Fisher and Bobbie (husband, Emmett) Hale, both of Springfield; seven brothers, Jessie West and Eugene Wilson, both of Memphis, Tenn., Leonard West Jr. of Cleveland, Miss., Freddie (wife, Cathy) West, the Rev. Barrie (wife, Pam) West and Glasper West, all of Springfield, and Milton (wife, Lillie) West of Wilmington, Del.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services: New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, the Rev. Willie J. Crawford officiating. Burial: Oak Ridge Cemetery.
