Christina Pearl Watters Bradford, 98, died Saturday, April 12, 2008, in Cleburne.
Service: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Christina was born April 5, 1910, in Burleson to Thomas and Rosa Myers Watters. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Christina loved all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed playing and listening to the piano, cooking and doing crossword puzzles and watching "The Price is Right" and "Jeopardy."
Christina was an active member of First Baptist Church of Joshua.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cordell Bradford, in 1985; brothers, Jessie, John William "Peck," George, Spencer and Lonnie Watters; sisters, Nettie House, Rose McClenahan, Grace Bransom, Betty, Velma Faris and Iris Stewart.
Survivors: Sons, Larry Bradford and wife, Minnie of Joshua, Charles Bradford and wife, Lynn of Cleburne; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
