Zelda Kuenzli

Zelda A. Kuenzli, 80, passed peacefully July 19, 2006 at Manor Care after a lengthy illness.

She was the wife of the late Ernest Kuenzli, who died in 1970.

She was born in Narvon and lived most of her life in Lancaster. Zelda was the daughter of the late Marion E.J.H. Sparks and the late Olive Thomas Eichelberger.

She is survived by two sons, Ernest J., husband of Anne Hunsecker, New Holland, and Randy S. of Baldensburg, Md.; three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Zelda retired from Lancaster Press as a bindery worker. She had also worked for Bindery Associates and Wagaman Brothers. In her earlier years she was a an avid bowler, bowling in leagues at Rocky Springs, and Leisure Lanes. She was a member of St. Andrew's UCC of Lancaster.

A private memorial service for relatives and close friends will be held on Tuesday, July 25. The service will be at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Conestoga Memorial Park; interment will follow.
