ERMA BURNETT of Little Rock, the sweet little tea lady from Wyatt's Cafeteria, passed away March 14, 2008 in Prescott, Arizona. Erma was a faithful member of the Church of Christ. She was born in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Radnia Winfield Rice and Carrie Lee Kidd Rice. Erma was a longtime resident of New Edinburg, Arkansas, and a previous employee of Fordyce Picture Frame Co.

The love of Erma's life was God, her children and family. Survivors include Sharon Russell of Little Rock; Charlotte And David Hunt of Prescott, Arizona; Theresa and Tommy Wallace of Vadito, New Mexico; her granddaughter, Kimberly And Luke Trout of Cottonwood, Arizona; and great-grandchildren, Faith and Luke Trout of Cottonwood, Arizona. Erma's brother and sisters include William and Mattie Lue Rice of Fordyce; Winnie And Floyd Duke of Jacksonville; Norma and Kenneth Langford of Roland; Faye Harris of Cabot; and Donald Lee Langford of Blessing, Texas.

Erma enjoyed her extended family at Pleasant Hills Retirement Center, Morrilton Healthcare, and Meadowpark Care Center, Prescott, Arizona. The family greeted friends at Franke's Cafeteria, 11121 Rodney Parham, Little Rock, Arkansas Wednesday, March 19 for pie, coffee, and tea.

Visitation was at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce, Arkansas, on Wednesday, March 19. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 20 at Freehouse Cemetery, Highway #8, New Edinburg, Arkansas.
