John retired from Wisconsin Power & Light as a Maintenance Mechanic at the Blackhawk and Rock River Generating Stations. He carefully planned his work and was an excellent craftsman. John was a warm caring individual under his gruff exterior. John was an avid sportsman. He enjoyed Baseball, Bowling, Horse Shoes, Hunting and Fishing. John and Dorothy would winter in Florida and spend summers at their Lake Home in Mercer, Wisconsin. John is survived by his wife of 60 years Dorothy of Beloit; 2 daughters: Jan Patricia Bushaw, and Debra (Alex) Blazer; son: Daniel (Rebecca) Bushaw; 3 grandsons: Brandon and Kyle Bushaw and Jon Weston; 2 great grandchildren; and a sister: Hazel. He was predeceased by his parents, 2 infant daughters: Ruth Ann and Judith Diann, 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
