Sarah E. Lasher, 82, of Elkins, W. Va., formerly of Adrian, died Wednesday morning, Sept. 7, 1983, in the Elkins Convalescent Hospital. Born April 20, 1901, in Kittanning, she was a daughter of Turney and Amanda (Wolfe) Gray. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church of Adrian. She is survived by her husband, Clifford R. lasher; one daughter, Mrs. Ray (Willavene) Daugherty of Elkins; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Lasher-Friends of Sarah E. Lasher, 82, of Elkins, W. Va., formerly of Adrian, who died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 1983, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in Cowansville. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Mars's Lutheran Church, Adrian. The Rev. William Rappold, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Mark's Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements by Snyder.
