Mr. Juergens died Sunday at his residence.
Mr. Juergens was born in Killeen to Forrester Juergens and Harriett Hess Juergens. He lived in Belton before moving to Lott about 10 years ago. He graduated from Belton High School in 1991 and graduated from Temple College with a degree in Criminal Justice. While at Temple College he was on the Dean's list. He drove a truck for McLane Distributing and Conners Construction. He was a member of the Lott Volunteer Fire Department and Lott First Responders, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Lott.
Survivors include his father Forrester Juergens of Oenaville, his mother Harriett Juergens of Belton, his son Dalton Juergens of Lott; his daughters Katie Elizabeth Juergens and Makalya Juergens both of Lott; his sister Alisa Sheets of Lott and his brothers Forrester Otto Juergens Jr. of Oatman, Arizona, Harry Augusta Juergens of Temple and Dana Willard of Houston.
