Graveside service: 2:30 p.m. Saturday in High Cemetery, Van Zandt County.
After attending one year at Texas A&M, F.E. joined the Army Air Corps and served with the 57th Fighter Squadron in North Africa and Italy. He retired from the Corpus Christi Fire Department in 1975, and began traveling to Yellowstone National Park, where he volunteered as a campground host.
Survivors: Son, Larry Dunnahoe and wife, Judi, of Granbury; granddaughter, Kadee Williams and husband, Steve, of Mansfield; grandsons, Michael and Tony Pitzer of Fort Worth; one brother-in-law; and two sisters-in-law.
