Lillian Watson Harrell, 78, Bardstown, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, at Life Care Center of Bardstown. Born May 11, 1929 in Boston, she was a homemaker, a member of The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church and attended The People's Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Nicholas Harrell; daughter, Helen Godbey; a grandson; her mother, Gladys Newton; father, John Holbert Watson; step-father, Ed Newton; two brothers, James Watson and Johnny Watson; and two sisters, Juanita Vittitowe and Betty Johnson.

She is survived by two sons, J.D. Clark, Bardstown, and Gary Clark, Boston; three daughters, Sheila Washburn, Connie Nalley and Carol Nalley, all of Bardstown; 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Holbert Watson, Elizabethtown, and Sammy Newton, Lebanon Junction; two sisters, Gladys Rae Clark and JoAnn Thompson, both of Bardstown; and a special friend who cared for her, Edward O'Bryan.

Her funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church, with burial in The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Hermon Wilkins will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday noon – 7 p.m. and Monday 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at Barlow Funeral Home.
