Mrs. Jackson Giddens

Mrs. Bertha Giddens, widow of the Rev. Jack Giddens, died yesterday in Keokuk, Iowa, at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Bertie) Wustrow.
Born in Frazier, Mrs. Giddens spent her youth in that community, After her marriage she her late husband resided in a number of Iowa communities. Mrs. Giddens was a member of the Grace Methodist Church in Des Moines where she made her home.
Surviving are another daughter Miss Grace Giddens, Glen Ellyn, Ill.; a son, Dr. Paul H. Giddens, St. Paul, Minn.; a brother, Alfred Patterson, Hiawatha, Kan.; two sisters Mrs. Quincy Rader, San Diego, and Mrs. George Martin, Sandy , Ore., and six grandchildren.
Services will be tomorrow morning at 9 at the Schmidt Memorial Home in Keokuk, The body will arrive at the Hixson funeral home in Gower, Mo., at 3:30 and remain there until 4 when it will be taken to the Frazer cemetery for burial.
