"YOUNGSTOWN - Mrs. Gertrude Corll, 68, of 204 S. Parkgate Ave, in Wickliffe died suddenly of a heart attack Tuesday at 4 p.m. at her home. She was born Aug. 14, 1890, in Salem, the daughter of Fred and Rebecca Miller Mellott. She moved to the Youngstown area from Salem 25 years ago. She was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance of Youngstown. Her husband, Lewis to whom she was married Aug. 18, 1923, died March 7, 1952. She leaves a sister, Mrs. Alice Krause of Salem. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Williams Funeral Home in Canfield where friends may call Thursday evening from 7 to 9. The Rev. Denhart of the Christian Missionary Alliance will officiate. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Salem."
