Minco Boy killed working on well bucket breaks hoist, falls on youth.
MINCO, Jul 16-Funeral services were to be held at Hazel Dell at 2:30 this afternoon for Harley D. Armstrong, 19 year old son of Mr. And Mrs. C.A. Armstrong, who was fatally injured in an accident while helping clean out a well Tuesday. Young Armstrong's skull was fractured when he was working in a well and hoist broke letting a bucket of mud fall on him. He was taken to Chickasha hospital, but died a few hours later. Rev. J.J. McDaniel was to conduct the funeral. Arrangements were in charge of the Quayle Funeral Home of Minco. Survivors include: the parents; four brothers Carl, Adrian, Gilbert, and Garland; three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Morgan, Mrs. Eva Garrett, and Violet Armstrong all of the Hazel Dell community.
