Opal May McIntosh
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 28, 2006, in Jennings McCall II Assisted Living Center in Forest Grove for Opal May McIntosh, who died July 21 at age 101.
Opal May Brown was born Nov. 24, 1904, in Cozad, Neb., and moved to Salem in 1920. She lived in Portland and Estacada before moving to Forest Grove in 1992. She was a homemaker. In 1922, she married Frank Hash; they divorced. She married Clyde McIntosh in 1960; he died in 1997.
Survivors include her daughter, Velma Harman; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Her stepson Frank McIntosh died in 2000.
