ROCKDALE - Services for Sadie Ruth Hooper Rodgers, 92, of Lexington, Texas, are set for 10 a.m. Monday at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.
Bro. Bob Bell of the Lexington Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will be in the Lexington Cemetery.
Mrs. Rodgers died Saturday at the Retirement and Nursing Center in Austin.
She was born in the Phears community near Lexington and was a longtime resident of Lexington and Lee County. She was a member of the Lexington Church of Christ and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Rodgers.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Leslie and Hartense Rodgers of Austin; and two grandchildren.
