Fremont, UT./Rancho Cucamonga, CA. - Our kind and beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle, David Seth Baker, age 52, of Rancho Cucamonga, California, died August 19, 2007 in Provo, Utah.
He was born December 3, 1954 in Ft. Hood, Texas, a son of Seth Claud and Anna Dean Taylor Baker (1933-2006).
David was an active member of the LDS Church. He was an Eagle Scout and worked in the Scouting Program. He was an avid skier, enjoyed fishing, riding bicycles and running in marathons. He had his pilot's license and his own plane.
He married Julie Ann Larson, June 23, 2006 in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
He is survived by his loving wife, Julie; her children: David Green of Montclair, CA; Laura Oliva of Upland, CA; Christopher Green of Chino, CA; Stephanie and Richard Ortiz of Ranco Cucamonga, CA; 2 grandchildren: Sydney Oliva and Alex Oliva; his ex-wife, Sheryl Baker of Ontario, CA and her son, James Terachevich; his father, Dr. Seth C. Baker of Ontario, CA; sister and brothers: Beverly and Randy Farland of Provo; Evan Claud and Jill Baker of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Douglas Taylor and Robin Baker of Upland, CA; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Also, his mother and father-in-law: Charlotte and Raymond Larson of Upland, CA.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Dean Taylor Baker.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 23, 2007 in the Fremont LDS Ward Chapel,
