George Edward Street, At his residence, 803 Hwy 40, Mooretown, on Tues., George Edward Street, 66,husband of Louise (Free) Street. Born in Lucasville, he was a life long Sarnia area resident. He was a retired CNR conductor with over 43 years service. He was president and owner of Ed Street Cartage, a member of Christ Anglican Church and the Courtright Masonic Lodge.
Survivng besides his wife are 2 daughters, Mrs John (Pat) Crawford, andMiss Deanna Street, both of Sarnia, a sister Mrs Henry (Marion) Free ofSarnia, 8 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
He was predeceased by a daughter Leona, and 2 sisters, Mrs Hazel Stewartand Miss Pauline Street.
Funeral will be held from the D.J. Robb Funeral Home Thursday at 2pm.Burial in Lakeview Cemetery.
