Mrs. Jennie Austin, 70, died early Monday morning, July 23, 1944, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L.L. Aldridge, southeast of Wagoner. Funeral services for Mrs. Austin will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 p.m. in the Okay Methodist church with the Rev. A. S. Cameron, Wagoner pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Three Rivers Cemetery under the direction of the Hersman Funeral Home.
Mrs. Austin is survived by four daughters; Mrs. L. L. Aldridge and Mrs. R. E. Williams, both of Wagoner, Mrs. Clara Sanders, Vinita, and Mrs. Thelma Wells, Terrell, Texas, and four sons; Aubert, Wagoner, Elbert, who is now in the Army in Italy, and Melvin, Lubbock, Texas. Twenty-six grandchildren also survive.
