Bob was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was raised in Missouri. He along with his mother, step-father, step-sister, and step-brother moved to Calif in 1954. He attended Garden Grove High School where he met his future wife, Leslie Sackman. He and Leslie were married in 1956 and have 4 children, Brenda Lee (Hollander) Johnson, Bruce Wayne, Bobbi Lynn (Hollander) Hilderbrand, Bambi Gay Hollander, 5 grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren,. 1g children. Bob was in the Navy where he was training to become a corpsman. His Navy career was cut short as a result of a car accident. When he came out of the Navy he worked in the ship yards for a while, but truck driving was in his blood, so for the next 30 years he was on the road. The one thing he regrets most about his truck driving career is that he missed his children growing up. The last 10 years that he was on the road, Leslie drove with him. We miss you daddy.
