Services for Mrs. Austin
Last rites for Mrs. Eula Mae Austin were held March 20 at 10 am at Oliver Funeral Home chapel. Officiating were Revs. C.E. Burden and W.F. Garner. Burial was in Pine Bluff cemetery. Oliver in charge.
Mrs. Austin, wife of the late Leo Austin, died March 18 at Tyler Holmes Hospital after an extended illness. She was 83 years old. She was a native of this county and a member of the Pine Bluff Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Alvin F. Austin, Doddsville; T.S. Austin, Greenwood and Marvin Austin, Greenwood, and a brother, W.T. Greenlee, Vaiden; two sisters, Mrs. Sabra Cross, Tupelo, and Mrs. Cora Herring, Winona; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
Pallbearers were Barksdale Garner, A.F. Austin. Jr., Purvis Henley, Bobby Greenlee, Marvin Clark and Hayden Herring.
