Ruth Beanblossom, 91, Mauckport, formerly of Minneola, Kan., died Sunday, Jan. 28, at her home.
A native of New Albany, born March 22, 1909, she was the daughter of the late John T. and Nora Barth Wilburn.

She was a former seamstress and a member of Mauckport United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arlie Beanblossom, and a son, Arlie Beanblossom Jr.

Survivors include two daughters, Jo Ann Timberlake of Laconia and Nina Lee Faith of Mauckport; a brother, Robert Wilburn of New Albany; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 31, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Central Cemetery. The Rev. Carl A. Martin will officiate and be organist.

Pallbearers will be Mark Boyd, Wes Durham, James Wathen III, Chris Harbeson, Chris Woodward and Michael Wilburn.

The family suggests memorial gifts to her church.
